Request Period
You can request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/90).
Conditions for Exchange or Return
- Product in original packaging, with no signs of use
- Accompanied by all accessories and freebies
- Not damaged by misuse
- Request made within the 7-day period
Accepted Reasons
- Product with manufacturing defect
- Product different from advertised
- Product damaged by postal service
- Purchase cancellation within the legal period

- Provide the order number and reason
- Send photos or video of the product if applicable
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
Refund
After approval and receipt of the product, the refund is processed within 10 business days using the same payment method. For credit card payments, the timeframe may vary depending on the operator.
Return Shipping
In case of defect or our error: shipping is at our expense. In case of remorse: shipping is at the customer's expense.
